Loved the warm welcome from the staff and the cozy rooms. the location was perfect, right in the heart of the town. the breakfast was tasty, and the menu had a good variation of options. the view of the surrounding area from the room was spectacular, and the WiFi speed was impressive.
There was no back-up generator for the frequent power outages. the staff could have communicated better about the payment options and how the food service worked.

Upon arrival, I would have loved to have more tea and coffee in the room for the kitchenette, especially after a long drive. I still managed with the limited supplies given the late hour we arrived. The location of Nqabanqaba was perfect, close to shops and just a short drive from the beach. A big thank you to our host were great by waiting up for our late check-in. The warm welcome and stepping into our neat and cozy room were good after a tiring journey. It was also a pleasant surprise to have our room refreshed while we were out exploring. Our baby loved the swimming pool, making our stay even better. The privacy we experienced was greatly appreciated.
One morning, I was woken up by a staff member who needed access to the hotel because of a lost key. It would have been better if there was clear communication regarding the food service and payment process.
